Hotel PMS Management Software

I joined as the first designer at the company, which already had an established user base. I created fresh user interfaces based on analysis data, resulting in a 32% reduction in calls to support. In this process, I partnered with product managers, a team of over 30 members, and end-users to integrate user insights into the design.

Context

This case study focuses on a pivotal component of the PMS: the "Reservation Rack." This feature provides a comprehensive overview of all hotel reservations at a single glance, serving as a central hub for managing bookings effectively.
